I think you should probably make your own faces so they can be costomized to your disire. Look at Sparkshot/Knuckles on youtube. He makes wikid good faces for his hornby engines.

i would just call bachmann industries and ask if they can fix it or just get a new backmann james besides the hornby engines are more expensive if we use american dollars, trust me i checked
