Thank you all!!! I really appreciate all of your input. I'll work on getting both as 671 suggested..lol after reading all or your replies, I rally think I want the "scale" Hudson. So I have to get larger radius curves..oh well that's model railroading for you. I can't wait to see this beast of a loco rolling on my layout!! Thank you all again and  God bless!!!

Dear Mr. Bach-man and everyone,
I'm a bit confused by the Williams By Bachman Hudson locomotives. Please help! One is labeled as "scale" another one is labeled as O/27, and yet another one is labeled as the "773" Please help me understand the difference between these locomotives. I want a true to scale Hudson for my layout, but I don't know which one to get. I don't have a hobby store where I live  to compare them side by side. So I have to get it on-line. All I know is that I want a Williams Hudson. I prefer the Williams Hudsons over the competition because of their value, quality, and ease of operation!

You know that Williams offers some ACL, Southern Rwy,  and FEC locos. And they also make a Seaboard NW-2 in the Lionel Postwar colors of orange and blue. I like that engine even though I've never seen anything about  the real SAL having that paint scheme on  any of their locos. I have a Lionel 0-8-0 that I got with a New York Central Flyer set this year that I'm planing on reapainting to SAL. 

I dressed up an old MTH railking SD90!. But I want to comment on how well your O27 track looks MikeD! I have MTH realtrack and I want to dress it up. Great work!!

I understand! I have a small layout with green indoor-outdoor carpet. But even that is likely to be torn down! I might to build my new layout in my drum room, we'll see. Thanks for the SAL pic!

WOW! That SAL loco looks great! I grew up in Orlando, FL and I lkie southern railroads as well. Do you have any more pics of your layout or possibly videos on YouTube?

Just wondering, I'm working on getting a set of the Williams Amfleet cars in the phase 4 paint scheme. While I don't really mind the trucks that come with them, I'm curious if anyone out there has bought these cars and maybe swapped out the trucks for MTH or Lionel Amfleet trucks that look more like the prototype. I prefer the Williams cars over the MTH and Lionel cars simply because they are made of aluminium versus plastic and I like the way they look. i'm also waiting for the new Williams Genesis in the phase 5 scheme to go with the cars! If anyone has done this please let me know and maybe have pics too.
