The finished product looks amazing!!

I always wanted a build a 1/8 scale locomotive and freight cars. To bad I don't the skills, tools and thousands of dollars.

Enjoy your railroad trips in Oregon Grandpuff.

Hey grand puff,

I have a model suggestion for you. I thought of Smudger that will go with your Duke. It said it has the same model as Rheneas.

Since Fearless Freddy will be quite a challenge. After your Mighty Mac project.

I hope bachmann could sell the Roco HOe stirrup couplings in separate packaging. Finding these are very difficult.

You might want replacements or have them handy for those shapeway models Elsbridge Productions.

Chaz,

I have the same number of brake vans also. And had the same idea with the spiteful brake van.

I would like to see a black version of James.

I don't believe they will remake Henry in his old experimental version looking like Gordon. The new CGI kept his special coal with his modern look. Rewriting that Henry old version didn't exists keeping his small firebox.

I like the idea of the ventilated van being a troublesome truck #6.

I never like the tankers having faces on it. It's better to leave them blank.

I would like it if they did remade the Gordon's composition and brake coaches.

Since I have 3 coaches I think the CGI version would be okay. But the only difference would be the yellow stripe between the cream and green.

That's a good picture.

Chaz thanks for the info.

I run Gordon on Bachmann track. If tbone is using peco than their radius will be different??

Safe side use a different locomotive.

Gordon will not run well on 18' or lesser curves.

I did this a few years ago. When I didn't feel like taking out the 22" curves (I believe in his train set). So I used the track from the Thomas set.

He moved quite slowly and struggled around the curves to the point of derailing. Any more movement than 3 loops I might have to replace his wheels and gears.

He needs 22" and higher. Not less than that.

Hey Chaz,

What's your preparation of taking off faces? Would the same technique on freight cars.

I ran my Rheneas locomotive a few days ago with my NYC U25B since they ran on the same track.
He was a very good smooth quiet runner. I wish I had freight cars for him to pull.

I watch the Thomas shows over on YouTube.

Right now it's hard to predict season 22 without watching it yet.
