Maybe I'm going off the deep end, but wasn't this all originally Heisler?  Did the OP edit it all to say Climax? 

Bill that link takes me to a Climax part, not Heisler.

Parts used to have them but like all Bachman stuff, they don't make many parts (as the CEO has said they are not in the parts business) so by the time you know what you need, they are out. I have learned to proactively buy some parts just in case.  Some I may never use but have hoarded (per the wife) just in case.

My 2nd gen Climax, C19, K27 and 2662 all came with the pigtail board.

Has anyone ever attempted putting one of the newer tender control boards (like a C19) in one of the early Spectrum 440?  I would assume all the wiring would already be there except possibly the power wiring from trucks?
