It can get very complicating.

I have this locomotive by Bachmann, and I'm using the NEC Power pack Command.  I notice that the chug chug sound effects are faster then the train is going. Any help with slowing down the chug chug to match the speed of the train?

Being very new to this I don't know what I'm doing. They say you can do it on the power pack. 

I'm new at this and need some help. I have a NCE power pack and just purchased the Bachmann Steam locomotive DCC Tsunami.
What is this CV? I need to synchronize the chug chug sound to the speed of the locomotive. Using the NCE ,how is it done?
The instruction does not tell you how to do it.

I have an HO set. Is that the way they categorize them?
  I did not know there were other companies making metal wheels.

I'm building an HO train set and wanted to know if I could change the plastic HO wheels on the boxcars to metal?
Is so, do I just switch them and is it that easy? Advantage and disadvantages?

As for  Affairs with Trains in Deer Valley,AZ. Bob the owner will not help you much unless he is making money. He is a sarcastic person and gladly tell you take your business elsewhere. Will not help you much.

The Favorite Spot has them but if it does not work or any other problems you have to pay for the return, I purchased one and it did not work and had to pay the return $12.50.
No lights or motion.

I have not heard from The Favorite Spot yet, but I think I will cal and cancel my order. I advised them to send me another one ut maybe I can stop them from delivery.

A shout out to NINT for sending me a speaker for my diesel, He is a great and generous person.

I ordered this item and when I received it the front pilot wheels were detached, The front cover of the train was off, and plus the train did not run. The sound was fine but no lights.

I had to send it back to the  "The Favorite Spot.com) spending $12.50 for shipping.
Who will reimburse me for this. Or do I get stuck with this item on shipping. Not my fault it's not working..

Gee, a 26r? And I thought it would be easy for a 22r.
So no problem and it does not look weird with any over hang around the turns?

New to the board and wanted to know if this locomotive will stay on a 18r HO track with derailing?
