I am assuming that Gordon's coaches are a remake and that the item number was changed due to some minor change in the design or something like that.  I have been collecting all the cars and engines and would hate to miss some but I can't see buying these just because the item number changed. Am I right?

Hey Bach Man!  Do you suppose there is any chance that Bachmann will ever come out with Fred the Orange Coal Car or Rickety? They were announced many years ago but as far as I can tell they never went into production. They were item # 77040 and 77044.   

Is there any way to improve on the couplers that come with the NG cars? These are terrible and don't stay coupled. 

  I've decided that I will not be able to build the Sodor that I had hoped at one time.  If anyone is interested in a near complete collection of Thomas items to date I have all of them including the NG through the current items yet to arrive.  They have been tested and all run but only one engine, the Christmas Thomas, has actual track time.  The deal would be good but I would really like to do this in one sale and not try to sell it off in pieces, takes too long.  That's about 80 HO cars and engines and 8 NG plus all the buildings and accessories.  Reply if you are seriously interested and I will give you contact information.

   I am still waiting for Bachmann to make a 4-4-0 American in PRR with Sound and DCC.  How big of a deal is it for them to add that to their line??  This is going on several years that they have stalled making one.  I am growing increasingly disappointed in Bachmann listening to their customers!

I am trying to find out information about the HO 100 Ton Hopper cars in PRR with the Yellow Dot on the side.  I have a few of them but have no idea about when they were built or a part/catalog number.  The car numbers that I have are 230224, 230338, 230385 and 230481.  I have six total cars and was wondering how many were built by Bachmann of this particular PRR style. I know the details of the last two with part numbers 18714 and 18715.  Any information would be appreciated.

I am trying to figure out how to arrange my HO Knapford Station Platforms so the track is spaced properly.  I am told that the spacing of the platforms is 112mm which is 4.409" center to center of the track.  That doesn't seem to line up with any standard spacing of track, especially EZ-Trak so I am wondering how others have designed their layouts to accommodate this off-beat spacing. I know I could use flexible track or not try to coordinate the set curves but what fun would that be?  Suggestions?  Thanks. 

Can you tell me what Prototype was used for the #83401 Spectrum 4-4-0 Modern American Richmond Locomotive?  Is it a D16sb or other? Thanks.   

When will Bachmann make an American 4-4-0 in PRR with sound and DCC? They were so close this year. That is the combination that I have been waiting for years to see. You were so close this year. Why make PRR with just DCC Ready? You missed the boat.

  Has anyone ever tried changing just the rails from the steel to the NS rails on the E-Z track? Reason I'm asking is the Thomas Tidmouth Shed came with steel track on all the parts. The powered Turntable 45299 comes with NS. I'm not sure if I want to spend the extra money to buy a second turntable but want to have NS rails especially in the sheds. Just wondered if anyone has ever replaced steel rails with NS on the plastic roadbed? Thanks.

I just received my Tidmouth Shed/turntable and an Expansion Pack. I was disappointed to learn that Bachmann would put their cheaper steel track in these kits. I had hoped they would at least use their Nickle Silver track considering the cost of the kits. A suggestion to Bachmann. Don't go cheap on us. Use your better track in the kits. It's worth it in the long run.

Does anyone know where I can find an HO Rickety or Fred the Orange Coal Car? I got into this series a little later and missed those two. I've been searching for a while but none have seemed to show up on eBay or other places that I have looked. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Has anyone tried to mount the Short CC Video Cameras on the new 380-Ton Schnabel Transformer car? In the instructions the mounting is attached to the side of the main beams and the camera is at a right angle so the camera can watch parallel to the track. The parts that came with the car have the cameras in line with the mounting which would have the camera looking out away from the car. Is this a bad casting or am I missing something? By the way, this car is AWESOME! And something that I have been waiting for decades to get. I used to work for a utility where I bought these transformers and had them delivered using these Schnabel cars. Always wanted one and now I have one. I only wish it had been a Westinghouse or ABB Schanbel Car but I'm not complaining. Nice Job!

Does the Pegasus Set #00690 come with Nickel Silver E-Z Track or the cheap steel strack? This should be in the item description. Thanks.

When is Bachmann going to produce an HO scale Forney?

  Is it possible to use the powered turntable made by Bachmann and add expansion sheds so that you can have a powered turntable for the Tidmouth Shed? They look similar in layout but I don't know if the molding is compatible. Would be a nice thought.

  I've been hearing a lot of discussion that Mattel is taking over the Thomas the Tank Train products. Can anyone tell me the full truth and how it will affect the production of Thomas and his friends at Bachmann?

I have a new 80 Ton Three Truck Shay w/Steel Cab #84705. This is the one that came with DCC and Sound. The sounds are wonderful but the running is terrible for a new locomotive. It shimmies in time with the drive. I have two other Shays from a few years back and they run very smoothly. I can't figure out what's causing this side to side shimmy. Have others experienced this motion? Any ideas? It's very annoying to watch.

I hear rumor of a new line of HO Shay Locomotives but I've seen nothing yet in any literature nor on your website. The cat number of one of them appears to be 84705. What can you tell me about this line? Thanks.
