Hope there is someone here who can help me....I am having trouble with my rolling stock de-railing when going through my Bachmann H-4461A-R right turnout....It only de-rails when the frog is thrown to the right...I was told there is another turnout that might eliminate this...Any suggestion would be appreciated....Thanks, John B

YouTube has any number of videos about maintenance of turnouts, which the real railroads call switches.  Look at a bunch of them and find one that gets to the point, a whole lot of YouTube posters are windbags that don't know how to say what they wanna say in less than 60 minutes.
