For sure. It would only be a collectors item and for not many people.
Bachmann does not have a suitable 4-4-0 for that period. 1865
Google  Lincoln Funeral train and see what the real train looked like. Plus, different 4-4-0's where used for the trip.
One company produce 75 sets in brass. About $2600.00 for a complete set. HO scale and working loco.
