I don't want to see this thread shot down in flames. So what in the east have we not found? I for one want bachmann to make some nice little O-scale figures, I know about other places and manufactures but I would like some models to fit in the cab of a of a On30 loco instead of having to do something to make it fit in the cab. So what I am saying or asking is for some O-scale crew figures, it would look nice, also I have see G-scale models of Sherman Pippen of the ET&WNC and other crews produced by some model company and wonder if bachmann can make real train crews form other railroads like Sherman Pippen, C.Y Crumly, and others off the ET&WNC RR line and maybe some off of other historic narrow gauge lines.

Welll Sorry! I want tring to be rude. I was just making a dag on suggestion. >:( If I wanted to hijack this thing I would have assembled a lot of Tweetsie enthuseist to help me out! Shoot you could backdate the mogul to the old ET 2-6-0 due to the fact it was built in the 1880s fot the line to run the 1st few stations!

I hate airplanes with a passion! Not to be a hippy, hippie or how ever you spell it, the airplanes polute the air just as worse as a loco does. Now I do like the old perpeller planes, but there is something about a jet that just burns my tail. They stoll the railroads job, freight, passanger, yo name it, The trucking and automotive industry as well! I might have just decleard war with some who read this so dont get me the wrong way, I am just saying how the other industrys have took the railroads job, remember it was a train that took the Write Bros to the beach in North Carolina. ;)

How about making it just a bit longer, and spacing the back driving wheel just a bit futher to the back like the ones used on the ET&WNC. ::)

True. But that was the fun of having to work with a steam locomotive. A steam engine is a peice of art and it is fun to work with it unlike desiel engines. Desiels have just to fueld and sanded and cleanded, and then a switch to run it. Wile it is fun to start a fire, boil water and have a thrill to run it. I know it got hot and a few boiler expolsions but that was a thrill and people lived it. Maintenence is a small factor. I really dont want to get into a argument on my opinon of what I think is best.
