N / Any news on the N scale 2-8-4 Berkshire?
November 19, 2014, 11:30:15 AM
It's been a while since I've seen any news on the N scale Berkshire. Is delivery still expected before Christmas?

All news is appriciated.
-a very impatient and constantly growing older, old man.

P.S. Bet a nice Pennsylvania 4-6-2 K4s wouldn't take as long....Grumble ;-P

I was very happy with the announcement of the new Berkshire.  Particularly since it will have DCC and  built in sound.
But since there are still many who don't have DCC or want DCC. Will the basic sounds (Chuff, bell, and whistle) be accessible
in conventional analog too?

N / EM-1 a comin'. How about a caboose?
August 24, 2013, 05:02:02 PM
I've got my first EM-1 on order. So, how about a B&O caboose? The northeastern caboose will do nicely. Just
need it lettered Baltimore and Ohio with the Capitol Dome. I have the unlettered version and realize I could decal it. However, I thought it might be nice if Bachmann offered one lettered. Any chances?

N / New products are almost here.
June 22, 2011, 02:16:29 PM
Dear Bachmann,
With the NMRA convention nearly here. I was wondering if we will be seeing photo's of Bachmann's new products durring the time of the convention for those of us who are unable to be in Sacamento, Ca.?

I'm not going to hold my breath this year for a K-4 or other nice new Mid sized steam of any kind, but I'll keep my fingers crossed (Less chance of passing out.) I'm hoping someone does an B&O EA or E something too.

Williams by Bachmann / Eggnog Tanker
December 16, 2010, 12:26:06 PM
Hello Bach-mann,

I'm a little jealous of the HO line with their "EGGNOG" tanker. Any chance WBB could make one?

Thanks,
Dave

N / New 4-6-0 Photo's and couplers
November 24, 2010, 10:59:36 AM
Dear Bach-mann,

This question may have already been asked, but will the new 4-6-0 steam loco in N scale have the new magnetic couplers? Also, it's been a while since we've seen a picture of the pre-production 4-6-0, are there any photo's of the production model yet. I am looking forward to seeing it.

Thanks, Dave

N / New auto coupler and Graham Farish
August 03, 2010, 12:11:09 PM
You've told us that the new automatic couplerwill be installed in many of the new US Loco's and cars soon. Do you or anyone else reading this forum know when to expect the first Graham Farish UK models equipped with them? I have a Deltic  on order and am interested purchasing a few more to be released UK items. I haven't heard anything more about them with the G.F. line.
Thanks.

Didn't see this one coming. W/lights and DCC too...Nice Bachmann, Nice.
Out of the disappointment for a K4. There are still surprises. Not sure where I'm gonna put em' but me thinks I might have to buy one or maybe two. Thanks!

The NMRA convention in Milwaukee is finally here. Are there any new announcements to be made in the N scale line? If so, how soon?

-Impatient in Cincinnaggy.

N / A UK Graham Farish request
May 18, 2010, 12:40:42 PM
Bachmann,

I didn't know where to make this request on the UK site, so thought maybe you could pass this along to the powers that be.

I was surfing around the internet this past weekend and came across a new rough scale "0" model from the Swiss company "Darstaed" of a very famous UK EMU. "The Brighton Belle" It is one of my personal favorites too. London to Brighton 51 miles in an hour or so in posh British Pullman luxury. I came very very close in shelling out the cash to purchase one when my common sense kicked in. While I do have the layout to run it. It would be an odd set that needs to use 24V DC instead of AC.

So, since they are currently restoring the Brighton Belle. I was hoping that maybe Graham Farish would produce this famous train in a version I could afford and run more often in "N" scale. Operating table lamps? Well, maybe brass turnings.

Thanks

N / Any new annoucements coming soon?
March 08, 2010, 11:48:25 AM
Hello Bachmann,

Now that the Toy shows are behind us are there any new product announcements on the horizon? Or should we be a little more patient and wait till the NMRA convention this summer?

Thanks, Dave
(Hoping for some new heavy to midsize steam ;-)

On30 / Red tail lights for On30 Trolley
February 23, 2010, 12:10:43 PM
I want to add reversing red LED tail lights to my On30 trolley and was wondering if it is possible to add them to the existing circuit? Has anyone added them or has another method to add lighted tail markers?

N / New automatic couplers for 'N' Scale US AND UK?
September 16, 2009, 03:06:36 PM
Hello Bachmann,

I was just visiting the UK Graham Farish side of your world. I saw an announcement
that I need a validation for. Is it true Bachmann is finally adding a NEW magnetic automatic coupler for 'N' scale models? Or am I dreaming. UK models too? I saw it in black and white, but having trouble adjusting to the possible reality. YeeHaw if soo... Thanks, Dave

N / N scale Hogwarts Express
May 02, 2009, 10:26:19 PM
It seems as if most the popular scales have a Hogwarts Express. Why not N? I know Bachmann's UK line, Graham Farish, has a Hall class 4-6-0 and proper coaches. I'm just a little astonished Bachmann hasn't. Are there other who would be interested?

N / New Products.
March 25, 2009, 10:54:25 PM
Hello Bachman,

Now that the New York toy show has ended. When may we hear of any new products in the works? Particularly locomotives. I think I'm in the right season!? Any hint would be appreciated. I'm gettin' old...  ;)

Thank you,
Dave P
