Please refrain from using images and animations in the signature lines of your posts. Large images tend to lengthen the amount of space used for simple postings causing the page count on the threads to become quite large.
Thanks!

Large / Large Scale Porter Conversion
July 04, 2011, 01:13:52 AM
Did this for a friend. Started with an old LGB Porter loco (Picture 1) and converted it to something a bit more realistic doing heavy mods to the loco and kitbashing an 800 Gallon tender using Bachmann parts.

Christmas is almost here, and many of us are seeking inspiration for holiday layouts from our fellow modelers. Please post images of the Bachmann or Williams by Bachmann holiday layout you built this year on the Bachmann Facebook page. A winner will be selected by Bachmann on January 7, 2011, and he or she will be awarded our HO scale Diesel Digital Commander ready-to-run DCC-equipped train set (MSRP of $290.00). This is a great way to share your ingenuity and Christmas spirit with the model railroad community while giving you a chance at winning a fabulous prize.
